I was watching some of the artist videos for the Adobe Creative Suite CS6 launch, and got a stroke of inspiration from them. I wanted to create a vector tattoo overlay effect, so I grabbed a model and some vector artwork, cut them both out and began overlaying the vector work on top of the model.
